ITALIAN ANTIQUE BUREAU CABINET

An early first half of the 18th century Vaticana burr-walnut Bureau Cabinet from the Marches represents beauty and authenticity in design.

The lower fall-front section with serpentine front, rounded corners, concave sides, supported by a bracket feet.

The upper section is terminating in a carved arch pediment with a shell ramified from it floral branches.

The section in question is with two levels the lower with drawers, the upper with doors and scrolled flanks behind them fully fitted interior with 11 small tills, a pigeon hall and 1 small door.

The lower section is very well figured, concealing a writing surface and a bank of 7 short drawers, two doors and a pigeon hall.

Below there are three long drawers.
