French style curved bombe(é) large commode, on the manner of François Mondon, with five drawers, inlaid with two types of veneers, highly shiny finished in two brown coloring degrees with foliate ormolu handles, ormolu cartouches, and cornered with ormolu acanthus ornamentations, the base legs are decorated foliate ormolu sabots.

Extra ormolu can be added per request.

François Mondon was received as master craftsman around 1730 or 1735. He collaborated several times with the furniture maker of the crown, Gilles Joubert. Several pieces delivered for the crown by Joubert were in fact stamped by Mondon.
